IB-Internal Ballast bottom panel holds up to 15 lbs of sand. Material is hi-impact co-polyolefin structural resin. Meets all MUTCD requirements recognized by the FHWA, meets NCHRP-350, letter WZ-185. Folds flat with stacking pins for ease of storage. Full open interlock eliminates sag. Unique "bolt-less" knuckle design. 8"x24" sheeted top panel, 12"x24" bottom panel with 8" reflective.
